ROTHBURY Ticketing Terms and Conditions of Sale
ROTHBURY Ticketing Terms and Conditions of Use (can be read below Terms & Conditions of Sale).

ROTHBURY Ticketing TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
The following terms and conditions of sale are applicable to all transactions conducted through this website or via telephone, email or other means with ROTHBURY Ticketing. By purchasing tickets from ROTHBURY Ticketing you agree to all such terms and conditions of sale, as well as the general Terms and Conditions of Use of our website and our Privacy Policy. These terms and conditions of sale may be revised at any time without notice by publishing such revisions to this website and will become binding upon all purchasers upon publication.

Payment Methods
ROTHBURY Ticketing accepts several methods of payment to accommodate your needs, including: American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover/NOVUS, and money orders.

Mail Order Instructions
ROTHBURY Ticketing specializes in real-time internet sales. We offer mail order as a service to those individuals who do not have a credit card. It is definitely not the best way to order through ROTHBURY Ticketing. In addition, because inventory is constantly moving, we cannot guarantee that tickets will be available by the time your mail order is received by us. We cannot hold tickets for you while your mail order is sent to us, and if we run out of tickets by the time we receive your mail order, your order will be returned unfilled. If you have a credit card, please place your order online. If you feel you must use mail order, contact us by email for instructions and total cost of order before sending your order.

Pricing and Availability
ROTHBURY Ticketing sells tickets on behalf of artists, promoters, and venues, which means ROTHBURY Ticketing does not set the ticket prices or determine seating locations. Tickets are generally sold through several distribution points, including online, phone centers, and outlets, and often we are only one of several companies involved in ticket sales for the event. All of our distribution points access the same ticketing system and/or ticket inventory, and therefore tickets for popular events may sell out quickly. Occasionally, additional tickets may become available prior to the event, but we have no control over that process at all.

Service Fees
Tickets purchased thru ROTHBURY Ticketing are subject to a per ticket service fee and, if applicable (i.e., if we are shipping physical tickets to you), a non-refundable shipping fee.

Right to Refuse Sale
ROTHBURY Ticketing reserves the right to refuse to process orders, including confirmed orders, for any and all reasons for which it may see fit to reject an order. Until we ship your tickets or transmit your name to Will Call, we may reject your order and issue to you a refund for any monies paid for that order. We are under no obligation to give you any reason or explanation, though usually we will. The number one reason we reject orders is if we suspect you are not a fan seeking to purchase tickets for your own use, but in the business of reselling tickets in the secondary market. We highly discourage that practice, we employ numerous methods to deter and detect such businesses from purchasing tickets from us, and we may at our discretion and without any prior notice at all reject any order that we have reason to believe has been placed by someone seeking to resell tickets or someone acting on such reseller's behalf. Should we for any reason decide to reject your order, we shall immediately notify you by email and process a refund to the credit card account you used to place the order.

Cancelled Events
If an event is canceled and you do not receive an email from us within a few days explaining the refund policy, please contact us for information on receiving a refund. If the event is moved or rescheduled rather than outright canceled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations, including no refunds, or refund deadlines, to which we must comply. Contact us for exact instructions. Typically for canceled events, we automatically refund by issuing a credit to your credit card account. If you need to contact us concerning refunds, please make sure to include/provide your ROTHBURY Ticketing confirmation number so we can locate your order in our system, determine if a refund is applicable to your order, and communicate with you concerning your order and refund. If you purchased the ticket(s) at a ROTHBURY Ticketing affiliate's outlet, you will need to return the tickets directly to the outlet where you purchased the tickets in order to obtain a refund, if applicable.

Refunds and Exchanges
Before purchasing tickets, carefully review your event and seat selection. Policies set forth by the promoters, venues and/or artists on behalf of whom we sell tickets prohibit ROTHBURY Ticketing from issuing exchanges or refunds after a ticket has been purchased or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets. Artists, dates, and locations are subject to change and are not grounds for a refund. Do not just show up at the venue claiming that your tickets were lost, stolen or destroyed, unless we have instructed you to do so - they will not be able to help you.

Delivery of Tickets and Will Call
If you have selected standard express delivery for your tickets, please allow at least 10 days. If you have not received your tickets within 96 hours of the event, please contact us. Occasionally, we receive incorrect billing or credit card account information for a ticket order that can delay processing and delivery or even cause us to reject the order. Please make sure all information you enter is valid and accurate. For some shows, Will Call will only be offered starting ten days prior to the date of the show. For other shows, Will Call may be offered throughout the presale or onsale period. Whatever choices appear on the screen concerning delivery options are your only options at that time for that event. Tickets delivered through Will Call are typically available one hour prior to the event start time at the venue box office. You will need to present your ROTHBURY Ticketing confirmation number, the credit card used to purchase tickets and a photo identification. Some events do not have Will Call (in this case you will not get Will Call as a delivery option when ordering tickets).

Can somebody else pick up my tickets? Please contact ROTHBURY Ticketing at 1.866.455.BAND or by email at least three (3) business days prior to the event in order to make a will call name change. Have your confirmation number and the credit card number you used to purchase the tickets available; in order to ensure that nobody falsely tries to change a name on your will call order, we will not make any will call name changes unless the person on the other end of the phone line has that information. If you try to make a will call name change with less than three business days prior to the event, we likely will not be able to help you.

Number of Tickets Per Customer
When purchasing tickets through ROTHBURY Ticketing, you are limited to a specified number of tickets for each event. This amount is included on the unique event page and is verified with every transaction. This policy is in effect to discourage unfair ticket buying practices, and is either set by the artist, the promoter, the venue or ROTHBURY Ticketing management. No exceptions will be made, so do not call us to ask that we lift the limit for your purchase.

International Orders
If you are purchasing tickets from outside the U.S., unless there is a Will Call option featured on the delivery options menu for that event, you must select Global Priority Mail. We do not ship tickets via UPS outside the U.S. In addition, for all foreign orders, you must provide an email address, and a telephone number where you can be contacted up to the day of the event. Unless otherwise specified on the event ticket sales page, all prices quoted and charged are in U.S. currency, and may or may not be converted to your local currency on your credit card bill, depending on the practices and policies set by your credit card issuer.

Contacting ROTHBURY Ticketing Customer Service
If you have any problems, questions or issues concerning your purchase, you may contact us at info@baselineticketing.com, or by calling us at 1-866-455-BAND. Please provide us with your order confirmation number, and if contacting us by telephone, be prepared to provide us with the credit card number you used to place the order.
